Notification of the Start of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Status for Federal Real Estate (R.F.I. 9-71316-0)
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the federal property "EL SHADAI" in Mexico City subject to the Federal Public Domain regime. Interested parties, including owners and possessors of adjacent plots, are granted a ten-day natural period to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Patrimony Administration. The deadline for submissions begins the day following the publication of this notification in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
