Notification of the Start of Administrative Proceedings for Declaration of Federal Public Domain Subjectivity Regarding Land Parcels

NOTIFICATION through which the start of the administrative procedure to issue the Declaration of Subjectivity to the Federal Public Domain Regime is made known, regarding the land fractions of the Federal real estate indicated, because

At the margin a seal with the National Coat of Arms, which says: United Mexican States.- TREASURY.- Ministry of

Treasury and Public Credit.- Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets.

NOTIFICATION through which the start of the administrative procedure to

issue the Declaration of Subjectivity to the Federal Public Domain Regime is made known, regarding the

land fractions of the Federal real estate indicated, because they fall under the circumstances established in

Article 29, fraction IV, in relation to Article 6, fraction VI, both of the General Law of National Assets.

TO THE OWNERS AND/OR POSSESSORS OF THE PROPERTIES ADJACENT TO THE

LAND FRACTIONS OF THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

PRESENT

Based on what is provided by Article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican

States; Articles 2, fraction I, 17, 26, 31, fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal Public

Administration; 2, fractions VI and VII, 3 fraction III, 4, 6 fraction VI, 10, 13, 28, fractions I, III and VII, 29,

fractions I and IV and 32, fraction III of the General Law of National Assets; 2, 3 fraction VI

and 4 of the Law of the

Official Gazette of the Federation and Government Gazettes; 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of

Administrative Procedure; 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures; 4 section G, fraction V, 48 and 49 of the

Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Treasury and Public Credit, as well as Articles 1, 3 fraction X, 6

fraction XXXIII, 7 fractions XIV and XXIII and 11 fractions I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and

Appraisal of National Assets; ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegation Agreement, issued by the President of the

Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on

The start of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Subjectivity to the Federal Public Domain

Regime, regarding 30 land fractions of a larger Federal real estate, with

a linear length extension of 36.70 kilometers, with the Federal Real Estate Registry 22-3743-7, located at

the Querétaro - San Luis Potosí Federal Highway, in the Municipality of Querétaro, State of Querétaro,

whose technical data are recorded in the plans prepared by the S.I.C.T. Center Querétaro of

the Undersecretariat of Infrastructure of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport,

numbers: DV-1/30 to DV-30/30, for the use of public services under their charge, with the locations and

corresponding surfaces, described in the following table:

That in view of the fact that the land fractions of the aforementioned real estate are under the possession,

control and administration of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport and based on

Articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as 292 of the Federal Code

of Civil Procedures, applied supplementarily to the cited law, INTERESTED PARTIES are GRANTED a DEADLINE of TEN NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication

in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for themselves or through their legal representatives, to manifest what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of

Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, which must be accompanied by the documentation that

supports their statement,

presenting it at the address located at Avenida México, number 151, Colonia Del

Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Alcaldía, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from

9:00 to 17:00 hours.
