NOTIFICATION through which the start of the administrative procedure to
issue the Declaration of Submission to the Regime of Federal Public Domain is made known, regarding the
land fractions of the Federal real estate indicated, by being in the case established in
article 29, fraction IV, in relation with article 6, fraction VI, both of the General
Law of National Assets.

LAND FRACTIONS OF THE FEDERAL REAL ESTATE INDICATED.

Based on what is established by article 27 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican
States; articles 2, fraction I, 17, 26, 31, fractions XXIX and XXX of the Organic Law of the Federal
Public Administration; 2, fractions VI and VII, 3, fraction III, 4, 6, fraction VI, 10, 13, 28, fractions I, III and VII, 29,
fractions I and IV and 32, fraction III of the General Law of National Assets; 2, 3, fraction VI and 4 of the Law of
the Official Gazette of the Federation and Government Gazettes; 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative
Procedure; 292 of the Federal Code of Civil Procedures; 4, section G, fraction V, 48 and 49 of the
Internal Regulations of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit, as well as articles 1, 3, fraction X, 6
fraction XXXIII, 7, fractions XIV and XXIII and 11, fractions I and V of the Regulations of the Institute of Administration and
Appraisal of National Assets; ARTICLE FIRST of the Delegation Agreement, issued by the President of the
Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets, published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on

The start of the procedure for the issuance of the Declaration of Submission to the Regime of Federal Public
Domain, regarding 53 land fractions of a larger Federal real estate, with
a linear length extension of 90.80 kilometers, with the Federal Real Estate Registry 27-10093-6, located in
the MEX-186 Highway Villahermosa - Francisco Escárcega, in the Municipality of Macuspana, State of
Tabasco, whose technical data are recorded in the plans prepared by the Subdirectorate of
Right of Way, of the Undersecretariat of Infrastructure of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and
Transport, numbers: DV-1/53 to DV-53/53, for the use of public services under their charge, with the
locations and corresponding surfaces, described in the following table:

control and administration of the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transport and based on
articles 2, 4 and 32 of the Federal Law of Administrative Procedure, as well as 292 of the Federal Code
of Civil Procedures, applied supplementarily to the cited law, IS GRANTED TO THE
INTERESTED PARTIES a DEADLINE of TEN NATURAL DAYS, counted from the day following its publication
in the Official Gazette of the Federation, for themselves or through their legal representatives,
to manifest what is convenient for their rights, through a free written document addressed to the General Directorate of
Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets, which must be accompanied by the documentation that
supports their statement, presenting it at the address located at Avenida México, number 151, Colonia Del
Carmen, Postal Code 04100, Coyoacán Borough, Mexico City, during hours from Monday to Friday from
9:00 to 17:00 hours.
