Notification of the Start of Administrative Proceedings to Declare Federal Public Domain Status for Land Parcels under Article 29 IV and Article 6 VI of the General Law of National Assets (R.F.I. 27-10093-6)
The General Directorate of Federal Real Estate Asset Administration initiates administrative proceedings to declare 53 land parcels totaling approximately 3,179,999.22 square meters along the MEX-186 highway in Macuspana, Tabasco, subject to the Federal Public Domain regime. Adjacent property owners and possessors are granted a ten-day natural period, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the specified Mexico City address.
