Notification of the Start of Administrative Proceedings to Declare Federal Real Estate Subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime
The Institute of Administration and Appraisal of National Assets initiates administrative proceedings to declare the real estate known as "TEMPLO EKKLESIA" in Saltillo, Coahuila, subject to the Federal Public Domain Regime under Article 29, Section IV of the General Law of National Assets. Owners and/or possessors of adjacent properties are granted a ten-day natural period, starting the day after publication in the Official Gazette, to submit written claims and supporting documentation to the General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Assets. This action is taken because the property is under the control and administration of the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit.
