Notification of the Start of the Administrative Procedure to Issue the Declaration of Subjection to the Federal Public Domain Regime Regarding Land Fractions of Federal Property Federal Real Estate Registry 5-7410-5
This notification informs owners and/or possessors of properties adjacent to 24 land fractions of a federal property located along the Saltillo-Zacatecas-Ojocaliente Federal Highway in Saltillo, Coahuila, of the start of the administrative procedure to issue a Declaration of Subjection to the Federal Public Domain Regime. The General Directorate of Administration of Federal Real Estate Property grants interested parties a term of ten natural days from the day following publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation to submit written claims and supporting documentation at the office located at Avenue Mexico, number 151, Neighborhood Del Carmen, Mexico City. The affected land fractions cover a total surface area of 1,424,130.58 square meters between kilometers 22+368.32 and 45+760.00.
