No. SEC/CMRRCD/2009-193/159/Admin/---------- —In exercise of the power conferred by Section 29 of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 (XVII of 1969), the Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission hereby grants exemption to the Investment Corporation of Bangladesh from the provisions of the condition No. 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 3.2(i), and 4(ix) of the Commission’s Notification (on Corporate Governance Guidelines) No. SEC/CMRRCD/2006-158/134/Admin/44 dated 07 August 2012 (published in the Bangladesh Gazette on 30 August 2012) and SEC/CMRRCD/2006-158/147/Admin/48 dated 21 July 2013 (published in the Bangladesh Gazette on 20 August 2013).
