NOTIFICATION

S.R.O. 1170(I)/2024.- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of Section 9 of the Insurance Ordinance 2000 (XXXIX of 2000), the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (the “SECP”), hereby revokes the registration of EFU Health Insurance Limited as an insurer in light of the scheme of arrangement whereby EFU Health Insurance Limited is to be amalgamated with EFU Life Assurance Limited

EFU Health Insurance Limited shall not be authorized to carry on insurance business in Pakistan with effect from the date of amalgamation. This notice of revocation of registration of EFU Health Insurance Limited is being published in pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Insurance Ordinance, 2000.
