Office 700 04 00 00 00 2023-145 Publishing the List of Digital Service Providers Registered in the Federal Taxpayer Registry pursuant to Article 18-D of the Value Added Tax Law
The updated list of 198 foreign residents without a permanent establishment in Mexico who provide digital services and are registered in the Federal Taxpayer Registry is published corresponding to the fifth bimonthly period of 2023 with information cut off as of October 31, 2023. This publication fulfills the obligation established in Article 18-D, first paragraph, section I of the Value Added Tax Law to disclose such registries bimonthly in the Official Gazette and on the Internet. The list includes 4 new registrations and 2 cancellations compared to the fourth bimonthly period of 2023, detailing each provider's name, country of origin, registration date, and tax key.
