Authorization was granted for the organization and operation of an Electronic Payment Funds Institution named Todito Pagos, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution following approval by the Interinstitutional Committee. The authorization establishes conditions including a social domicile in Monterrey, Nuevo León, an indefinite duration, and an initial share capital of 70,050,000.00 Mexican pesos represented by ordinary shares. The institution is subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico and must comply with the Law for Regulating Financial Technology Institutions and applicable future regulations.
