Authorization is granted for the organization and operation of an electronic payment funds institution named Klu Tech, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution. The entity must maintain a minimum initial share capital equivalent to at least 700,000 Investment Units (UDIs) in national currency and establish its corporate domicile in Mexico City with indefinite duration. The institution is subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico, and must comply with the Law for Regulating Financial Technology Institutions and related general provisions.
