Office Letter Granting Authorization for the Organization and Operation of an Electronic Payment Funds Institution to be Named Mozper México, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution
This document grants authorization for the organization and operation of Mozper México, S.A. de C.V. as an Electronic Payment Funds Institution, subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico. The entity is required to maintain a minimum social capital equivalent to 500,000 UDIs and must demonstrate compliance with Article 40 of the Law for Regulating Financial Technology Institutions at least 30 business days prior to commencing operations. The authorization is non-transferable and mandates adherence to applicable regulations regarding electronic payment funds, including anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing provisions.
