Office Letter Modifying the Terms of the Authorization for the Organization and Operation of Banco Santander México, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Santander México Financial Group
The terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Santander México, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Santander México Financial Group are modified to establish its capital stock at $32,485,600,109.44 MXN. The National Banking and Securities Commission requires the entity to report the publication dates of this modification in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receipt. These changes formalize a previous approval regarding an adjustment to the social capital to resolve inconsistencies between the capital amount and the nominal value of shares.
