Based on article 9, second to last paragraph of the Popular Savings and Credit Law (hereinafter " LACP " ) and due to the reforms to articles 3 and 9 of the corporate bylaws of MASCAJA, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P. (currently Savvi Financieros, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P. ), approved by this National Banking and Securities Commission (hereinafter " Commission " ), through Office Letters 311-95889/2023 and 311-33115227/2023, of June 30, 2023 and November 17, 2023, respectively, the bases of the authorization that to organize and function was granted to that popular financial society through Office Letter 311-32137/ 2008 and 134-31972/2008 dated November 14, 2008, are modified, to remain in the following terms:

FIRST.

The name of the society is Savvi Financieros, which will be used followed by the words Variable Capital Stock Corporation, Popular Financial Society or its abbreviation S.A. de C.V., S.F.P.

SECOND.

Its duration will be indefinite.

THIRD .

Its corporate purpose will comprise the realization of all operations indicated in article 36, section I of the Popular Savings and Credit Law.

FOURTH.

Its corporate domicile will be located in Mexico City.

FIFTH.

The society will have an operation level I.

SIXTH.

The authorization referred to in this office letter is, by its own nature, non-transferable.

SEVENTH.

The society will be subject to the supervision of the National Banking and Securities Commission, as well as to the auxiliary supervision of an authorized Federation to exercise in an auxiliary manner the supervision of the popular financial society.

EIGHTH.

The operations that the society enters into by virtue of the following authorization, as well as the other operations it carries out, as well as its organization and functioning in general, will be subject, in what is not expressly indicated in this office letter, to the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States, to the treaties or international agreements of which the Mexican State is part, to the Popular Savings and Credit Law, to the General Law of Mercantile Societies, to the Rules and Provisions of a general nature applicable to Popular Financial Societies issued by the Ministry of Finance and Public Credit and the National Banking and Securities Commission, to the provisions that regarding its operations issues the Bank of Mexico and to the other norms and provisions in force, that are issued in the future by any competent authority, including those relative to operations with resources of illicit origin and financing to terrorism, that by their nature are applicable to it.

This office letter is issued based on the invoked legal provisions, as well as in the exercise of the faculties conferred to this Commission by articles 147, 155 and 158, section IV of the LACP ; 45, section I, and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission.
