Based on article 14, fourth paragraph of the Credit Unions Law and due to the reform to the sixth clause of the social statutes of that credit union, in order to reflect the manner in which its share capital will remain represented derived from the increase to its authorized share capital from $20,300,000.00 to $32,200,000.00; agreed in extraordinary general shareholder assembly held on November 25, 2021, this National Banking and Securities Commission modifies Point Second, Section II of the operating authorization that was granted to it via office number 601-II-2485 dated January 24, 1992, to remain as follows:

The authorized share capital shall be $32,200,000.00 (thirty-two million two hundred thousand pesos 00/100 National Currency), represented by 39,000 Series "A" shares corresponding to the fixed capital without withdrawal right and 7,000 Series "B" shares representative of the variable capital with withdrawal right, all of them with nominal value of $700.00 (seven hundred pesos 00/100 National Currency) each.
