Office Letter whereby the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Sabadell, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution are modified
The Fifth Base of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Sabadell, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution is modified to establish the authorized share capital amount at $13,203,544,330.00 MXN. The National Banking and Securities Commission requires the entity to report the publication date of this office letter in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days following receipt. These changes formalize the statutory modification resulting from a capital increase approved on December 14, 2022 and formalized via public deed on February 20, 2023.
