Office Memorandum granting authorization for the organization and operation of an electronic payment funds institution to be named Compropago, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution
The Interinstitutional Committee unanimously approved the authorization for the organization and operation of an electronic payment funds institution to be named Compropago, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution. The authorization establishes an initial authorized share capital of $600,000,000.00 pesos, sets the corporate domicile in Monterrey, Nuevo León, and defines an indefinite duration. The institution is subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico and must comply with the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions and related general provisions.
