Authorization is granted for the organization and operation of Pomelo Technologies, S.A. de C.V. as an Electronic Payment Funds Institution subject to specific bases including an initial capital of $12,338,038.08 MXN and domicile in Mexico City. The entity must demonstrate compliance with Article 40 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions at least thirty business days prior to starting operations. This authorization is non-transferable and subjects the institution to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico.
