Through Office No.: 312-1/709010/2026 dated May 22, 2026, this National Banking and Securities Commission (Commission) approved the reform to article seven of the bylaws of Banco
Plata, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution (Banco Plata) due to two increases in its social capital, one for the amount of $3,088,880,280.00 and another for the amount of $497,039,300.00, to remain at the sum
of $8,457,822,158.00. The foregoing, in accordance with what is provided in article 9, last paragraph of the Law
of Credit Institutions (LIC).
Regarding this, in compliance with the requirement contained in the aforementioned office, Banco Plata presented to this Commission on June 5, 2026, through the email address VPSupervisionGIFA@cnbv.gob.mx , certified copy of public instruments numbers 143,635 and 145,189 dated June 3 and September 2,
2025, respectively, granted before the notary public Lic. Francisco Talavera Autrique, holder of the
notary office number 221 of Mexico City, and registered in the Public Commerce Registry of Mexico City
on June 4, 2026, under electronic commercial folio number N-2021043952, in which the
statutory modification in question was formalized.
For the above, this Commission, based on article 8, last paragraph of the Law of Credit Institutions, has resolved to modify the Fifth Base of "the authorization for the organization and operation of a
multiple banking institution to be named Banco Plata, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution", issued by this
Commission through Office No.: VN-310/41764/2024 dated December 16, 2024, published in the
Official Gazette of the Federation on December 30, 2024, last modified by this Commission
through Office No.: 312-1/9948/2025 dated September 8, 2025, published in the Official Gazette of the
Federation on May 15, 2026, to remain in the following terms:

FIFTH. -
The amount of its social capital shall be $8,457,822,158.00 (Eight million four hundred fifty-seven
million eight hundred twenty-two thousand one hundred fifty-eight pesos 00/100 M.N.).

Likewise, based on articles 8, last paragraph and 97 of the Law of Credit Institutions and 19
of the Law of the National Banking and Securities Commission, Banco Plata is required to inform this
Commission of the date of publication of this office, carried out in the Official Gazette of the Federation and in
two widely circulated newspapers in its social domicile, within a period of ten business days counted from
the date on which said publications are made, which must be processed within fifteen business days
following the date of receipt of this office.
This office is issued based on articles 16, penultimate paragraph of the Law of the
National Banking and Securities Commission; 14, 19, fraction X, 21, fractions I, subsection c), II, III and last paragraph,
44, fractions I and IV, and 64, first paragraph of the Internal Regulations of the National Banking and Securities
Commission.
