Office modifying the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Covalto, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution (formerly Banco Finterra, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution)
The terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Covalto, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution (formerly Banco Finterra, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution) are modified to reflect the entity's new corporate name. The bank is required to inform the Commission of the publication date of this modification office in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days counted from the publication date. These publications must be processed within fifteen business days following the date of receipt of this office.
