Annual fees for inspection and surveillance rights payable by insurance institutions and mutual insurance societies to the National Insurance and Surety Commission for the 2022 fiscal year are disclosed, totaling 688.0 million pesos. Payments must be made monthly in advance through the e5cinco system within the first five days of each month starting January 1, 2022, with payment receipts submitted to the Commission by the 15th of each month. Institutions issuing surety bonds must also cover additional amounts for bond operations, and late payments incur applicable updates and surcharges.
