Office Order Authorizing the Merger between AF Banregio, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, Regulated Entity, Banregio Financial Group, as the Surviving Entity, and The Capita Corporation de México, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, Regulated Entity, Banregio Financial Group, as the Merged Entity
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the merger between AF Banregio, S.A. de C.V., as the surviving entity, and The Capita Corporation de México, S.A. de C.V., SOFOM, as the merged entity, effective upon registration in the Public Commerce Registry. This authorization is conditional upon the submission of proof of registration within twenty business days of notification, with the merger taking effect from the date of such inscription. The parties must publish the authorization and merger agreements in the Official Journal of the Federation at their own expense and notify the Unit of Banking, Securities and Savings within five business days of publication.
