Office Order Authorizing the Separation of Servicios Financieros Soriana, S.A.P.I. de C.V. from Grupo Financiero Citibanamex, S.A. de C.V.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the separation of Servicios Financieros Soriana, S.A.P.I. de C.V. from Grupo Financiero Citibanamex, S.A. de C.V., effective upon registration in the Public Commerce Registry. The order also approves modifications to the statutes of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex and its Single Liability Agreement to remove references to the separated entity. Grupo Financiero Citibanamex is required to publish the authorization in the Official Journal of the Federation and notify the Ministry of the registration and publication dates within specified deadlines.
