This office modifies the terms of the authorization for the organization and operation of Banco Actinver, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Actinver Financial Group, specifically updating Point Fourth of the original resolution to reflect a social capital amount of $2,540,600,000.00 following a capital increase of $300,000,000.00. The National Banking and Securities Commission requires the entity to inform it of the publication dates of this office in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within ten business days of said publications. These publications must be processed within fifteen business days following the date of receipt of this office.
