Official Communication of the Definitive Global List of Taxpayers Under Article 69-B of the Federal Fiscal Code
The Strategic Fiscal Audit Central Administration adds fourteen taxpayers to the definitive global list because they failed to disprove allegations that they issued fiscal receipts without possessing the assets, personnel, infrastructure, or material capacity required. This action renders all fiscal documents issued by these entities fiscally void for everyone and is published on the SAT website and in the Official Gazette after the mandatory notification period expired without any suspending rulings.
