Official Communication of the Definitive Global List under Article 69-B, Paragraph Four of the Federal Fiscal Code
The Strategic Fiscalization Administration adds eighteen taxpayers to a definitive global list because they failed to rebut findings that they issued fiscal receipts without the assets, personnel, infrastructure, or material capacity to provide the services or produce and deliver the goods covered. The affected entities are Alvarez Moran Janet; DP Trucking, S.A. de C.V.; Espinoza Hernandez Francisco; Favila Lopez Alicia; Gonzalez Martinez Rosalinda; Hernandez Rivera Francisco Javier; Lopez Vazquez Juan; Mendieta Aguilar Maria Magdalena; Maquinaria e Hidrocarburos Reynosa, S.A. de C.V.; Murillo Ramirez Ricardo; Osmon de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.; Palomo Chavez Bertha Alicia; Quezada Perez Maria del Carmen; Quijano Ramirez Diana; Santos Jardon David; Segovia Torres Alejandra; Torres Ramirez Angel Santos; and Xictel Soluciones, S.A. de C.V. Consequently, fiscal receipts issued by these taxpayers are deemed to have produced no fiscal effect whatsoever.
