Official Letter 366-III-244/16: Publication of Annual and Monthly Inspection and Surveillance Fees for Insurance Institutions and Mutual Insurance Societies for 2016
The Secretariat of Finance and Public Credit establishes the annual and monthly inspection and surveillance fees that Insurance Institutions and Mutual Insurance Societies must pay to the National Commission of Insurance and Sureties for the 2016 fiscal year, totaling 374.3 million pesos. These fees are effective from January 1, 2016, and must be paid in advance within the first five days of each month via the e5cinco electronic payment system. Institutions must submit payment proof to the Commission by the 15th of the respective month, with late payments subject to update amounts and surcharges.
