Official Letter 500-05-00-00-00-2026-21469 Communicating the Name and Taxpayer Registry Key under Article 49 Bis, Fraction X of the Federal Fiscal Code
The Strategic Audit Central Administration publishes the name and taxpayer registry key of one entity, ASOCIACIÓN PATRONAL REGIÓN ZAMORA, A.C., because it failed to rebut the presumption of falsity regarding its digital internet fiscal receipts, rendering the associated operations fiscally void. Third parties who received these receipts must file a complementary tax declaration within thirty natural days of the publication in the Official Gazette to reverse the fiscal effects, or their use of digital seals for issuing receipts will be temporarily restricted.
