This action finalizes the administrative procedure against Constructora del Pacifico Mumu, S.A. de C.V. and Flexomerk, S.C., declaring that the fiscal receipts issued by these entities produce no fiscal effect. The publication serves to inform the public and deter the issuance of invoices for non-existent operations.
