Official Letter 700 04 00 00 00 2023-076: Publication of the List of Digital Service Providers Registered in the Federal Taxpayer Registry
The Tax Administration Service publishes the list of foreign residents without a permanent establishment in Mexico who provide digital services to recipients in Mexico and are registered in the Federal Taxpayer Registry. The list, updated for the second bimonthly period of 2023 with a data cut-off of April 30, 2023, includes the legal name, trade name, city and country of origin, registration date, and tax ID for 168 entities. This publication fulfills the obligation under Article 18-D of the Value Added Tax Law to make such information available via the Service's website and the Official Gazette.
