Official Letter 700 04 00 00 00 2025-089: List of Digital Service Providers Registered in the Federal Taxpayer Registry
The Tax Administration Service publishes the list of 270 foreign residents without a permanent establishment in Mexico who provide digital services to recipients in Mexico and are registered in the Federal Taxpayer Registry, as required by Article 18-D of the Value Added Tax Law. This fifth bimester update for 2025 includes 3 new registrations and 1 deregistration compared to the previous period, with information current as of October 31, 2025. The list contains the legal name, trade name, country of origin, registration date, and tax ID for each provider.
