Official Letter 700 04 00 00 00 2026-077: List of Digital Service Providers Registered in the Federal Taxpayer Registry
The Tax Administration Service publishes the list of foreign residents without a permanent establishment in Mexico who provide digital services to recipients in Mexico, as required by Article 18-D of the Value Added Tax Law. The list covers the third bimester of 2026, with data cut off on June 30, 2026, and includes 286 registered digital service providers. This update incorporates 9 new registrations and 1 deregistration compared to the previous list of 278 providers published in the second bimester of 2026.
