Official Letter Authorizing Caja Solidaria Nuevo Ideal, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to Continue Savings and Loan Operations
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes Caja Solidaria Nuevo Ideal, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to continue conducting savings and loan operations at Level III under its existing name. The cooperative must register this authorization in the Public Commerce Registry within 60 days of notification and submit proof within 15 days thereafter. Additionally, the entity must complete necessary corporate acts to align its constitutive bylaws with applicable laws and request approval under Article 30 Bis of the Savings and Loan Cooperatives Law within 60 days of notification.
