Official Letter Authorizing Caja Solidaria Ten Apatz Tzotzob, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to Continue Savings and Loan Operations
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes Caja Solidaria Ten Apatz Tzotzob, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to continue conducting savings and loan operations at an Operation Level I under its existing name. The authorization is subject to specific bases, including indefinite duration, a social object defined by law, and a registered domicile in Aquismón, San Luis Potosí. The cooperative must register the authorization in the Public Commerce Registry within 60 days of notification and submit the corresponding testimony within 15 days. Additionally, the entity must adjust its constitutive bylaws to comply with applicable laws and request approval under Article 30 Bis of the Savings and Loan Cooperatives Law within 60 days.
