Official Letter Authorizing Cooperativa Suljaa, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to Continue Savings and Loan Operations
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes Cooperativa Suljaa, S.C. de A.P. de R.L. de C.V. to continue conducting savings and loan operations at Level II under its current name. The cooperative must register this authorization in the Public Commerce Registry within 60 days of notification and submit proof within 15 days. Additionally, it must adjust its constitutive bylaws to comply with applicable laws and seek approval under Article 30 Bis of the Savings and Loan Cooperatives Law within 60 days.
