Official Letter Authorizing Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited to Establish a Representation Office in Mexico
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorized Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited to establish a representation office in Mexico City, effective upon submission of an operational report at least fifteen natural days in advance. The office must operate under the name Janus Henderson Investors UK Limited followed by "Representation Office in Mexico," conduct only activities permitted under the Rules for Representation Offices of Foreign Financial Entities, and remain subject to CNBV supervision. The authorization is non-transferable and does not certify the office's solvency, with revocation grounds including loss of representative eligibility or false declarations.
