Official Letter Authorizing the Incorporation of CBM Banco, S.A. as a Multiple Banking Institution within Grupo Financiero Citibanamex
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the incorporation of Deutsche Bank México, S.A. as CBM Banco, S.A., a Multiple Banking Institution and member of Grupo Financiero Citibanamex, S.A. de C.V., subject to the acquisition of 99.9999% of its shares. Grupo Financiero Citibanamex must submit certified copies of the public deeds formalizing the incorporation and share transfer to the administrative unit within forty business days of their notarization. The authorization is subject to resolutive conditions regarding shareholder resolutions and timely registration, with effects commencing upon inscription in the Public Commerce Register and publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
