Official Letter Authorizing the Incorporation of Globalcard, S.A. de C.V. into Grupo Financiero Scotiabank Inverlat and the Merger of Scotiabank Inverlat, S.A. with Comercializadora Snooses, S.A. de C.V.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes Grupo Financiero Scotiabank Inverlat, S.A. de C.V. to incorporate Globalcard, S.A. de C.V. as an integral entity and to merge Scotiabank Inverlat, S.A. with the spun-off entity Comercializadora Snooses, S.A. de C.V. This authorization is subject to the condition that the public deeds recording these acts are registered in the Public Commerce Registry within twenty business days of notification. The authorized acts take effect upon inscription in the Public Commerce Registry, and the entities must report the registration details within ten business days and publish the authorization in the Official Journal of the Federation within five business days of publication.
