Official Letter Authorizing the Incorporation of Invex Consumo, S.A. de C.V. as a Regulated Multiple-Object Financial Entity and Member of Invex Financial Group
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit authorizes the indirect incorporation of Invex Consumo, S.A. de C.V. as a regulated multiple-object financial entity and member of Invex Financial Group, S.A. de C.V., through the acquisition of its shares by Banco Invex, S.A. The Ministry also approves modifications to the articles of association of Invex Financial Group and the Modification Agreement to the Single Liability Agreement. These actions become effective upon registration in the Public Property and Commerce Registry and require publication in the Official Gazette of the Federation.
