Official Letter Authorizing the Organization and Operation of Grupo Regional de Negocios, S.A. de C.V., a Popular Financial Society
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes the Federation Atlantico Pacifico del Sector de Ahorro y Credito Popular, A.C. to organize and operate Grupo Regional de Negocios, S.A. de C.V., S.F.P. as a popular financial society with an operations level I, resulting from its transformation from a multiple-object financial society. The authorization is subject to specific bases including the society's name, indefinite duration, and regulatory supervision. The entity must submit its adjusted bylaws within 90 business days and its request to commence operations within 180 business days following notification.
