Official Letter Authorizing the Organization and Operation of Programas de Relacionamiento Medá, S.A.P.I. de C.V. as an Electronic Payment Fund Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes the organization and operation of Programas de Relacionamiento Medá, S.A.P.I. de C.V. as an Electronic Payment Fund Institution. The authorization is subject to a minimum initial capital of 500,000 UDI, an indefinite duration, and supervision by the Commission and the Bank of Mexico. The entity must comply with the Law for the Regulation of Financial Technology Institutions and related general provisions.
