Official Letter granting authorization for the organization and operation of a multiple banking institution to be named Hey Banco, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Banregio Financial Group
Authorization is granted to Banregio Grupo Financiero to organize and operate a multiple banking institution named Hey Banco, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, Banregio Financial Group, through the transformation of Servicios Banregio. The entity must possess a minimum subscribed and paid-in capital of $1,288,000,000.00 MXN prior to commencing operations, with an initial social capital set at $700,000,000.00 MXN. Promoters must submit the corresponding public instrument within 90 days of notification and publish the authorization in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers.
