Official Letter granting authorization for the organization and operation of an Electronic Payment Funds Institution to be named NERITOPAY, S.A.P.I. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution
The organization and operation of an Electronic Payment Funds Institution named NERITOPAY, S.A.P.I. de C.V. is authorized. The entity must maintain minimum social capital equivalent to 500,000 UDIs and is subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico. Before commencing operations, the institution must prove compliance with Article 40 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions at least thirty business days in advance.
