Authorization is granted for the organization and operation of an Electronic Payment Funds Institution named Enso Finve, S.A.P.I. de C.V., with indefinite duration and social domicile in San Luis Potosí. The entity must maintain an initial authorized share capital of $53,235,230.00 MXN and conduct operations strictly according to Articles 22 and 25 of the Law to Regulate Financial Technology Institutions. The institution is subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico and must comply with all applicable regulations regarding electronic payment funds and anti-money laundering provisions.
