Official Letter Granting Authorization for the Organization and Operation of Pocketgroup Technologies, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission authorizes Pocketgroup Technologies, S.A. de C.V. to organize and operate as an Electronic Payment Funds Institution with a social capital of $277,818,619.34 MXN. The entity is permitted to perform activities and services defined in Articles 22 and 25 of the Law for the Regulation of Financial Technology Institutions. The authorization is intransmissible and subjects the institution to the supervision of the Commission and the Bank of Mexico, requiring compliance with specific operational bases and the terms of Official Letter No. P057/2021.
