Official Letter Granting Authorization for the Organization and Operation of Sistema de Transferencias y Pagos STP, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution
The Inter-institutional Committee unanimously authorizes Sistema de Transferencias y Pagos STP, S.A. de C.V. to organize and operate as an Electronic Payment Funds Institution. The entity is assigned the name Sistema de Transferencias y Pagos STP, S.A. de C.V., Institución de Fondos de Pago Electrónico, with a social capital of $12,344,526.00 MXN and an indefinite duration. Its operations are restricted to those defined in Articles 22 and 25 of the Law for Regulating Financial Technology Institutions and are subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico.
