Official Letter Granting Authorization for the Organization and Operation of UBR Pagos Mexico, S.A. de C.V., Electronic Payment Funds Institution
The Interinstitutional Committee grants unanimous authorization to UBER, B.V. to organize and operate an Electronic Payment Funds Institution named UBR Pagos Mexico, S.A. de C.V. The entity is authorized with an initial social capital of 10,000,000.00 Mexican pesos and indefinite duration, subject to supervision by the National Banking and Securities Commission and the Bank of Mexico. The institution must comply with the Law for the Regulation of Financial Technology Institutions and specific operational requirements outlined in Official Letter No. P107/2021.
