Official Letter Modifying Authorization Terms for ABC Capital, S.A. (now Ualá, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution)
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the authorization terms for ABC Capital, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, to reflect its name change to Ualá, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution and its increased social capital of $1,678,616,753.55. The entity is required to publish the modification notice in the Official Gazette of the Federation and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the letter, and subsequently report the publication dates to the authority within fifteen business days of those publications.
