Official Letter Modifying Authorization Terms for Banco Azteca S.A., Multiple Banking Institution
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the authorization terms for Banco Azteca, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple to reflect an authorized social capital of $11,293,505,000.00 MXN. The entity is required to publish the text of this modification in the Official Federal Diary and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the letter, and to report the publication dates to the Commission within fifteen business days of the publication date.
