Official Letter Modifying Authorization Terms for Banco J.P. Morgan, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, J.P. Morgan Financial Group
The National Banking and Securities Commission modifies the authorized social capital of Banco J.P. Morgan, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, J.P. Morgan Grupo Financiero, to $13,393,002,000.00 Mexican pesos. This adjustment formalizes previous capital increases approved in 2020 and recorded in public deeds in early 2021. The bank is required to publish the text of this modification in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within fifteen business days of receiving the notice.
