Official Letter Modifying Authorization Terms for BBVA Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, BBVA Mexico Financial Group
The CNBV modifies the authorization terms for BBVA Mexico, S.A., Multiple Banking Institution, BBVA Mexico Financial Group to reflect its name change from BBVA Bancomer. The social capital is set at 5,000,000,000.24 Mexican pesos, and the domicile is established in Mexico City. Grupo Financiero BBVA Mexico, S.A. de C.V. must maintain ownership of at least 51% of the social capital. BBVA Mexico is required to report the publication dates of this official letter in the Official Gazette and two widely circulated newspapers within ten business days of publication.
